Drinking Ozonated Water the Right Way (6 Tips) Here is how you make sure that you drink ozonated water the right to get the most out of it and to not hurt yourself: 1. Hold your breath while you drink it to avoid inhaling the ozone gas which collects on the surface. 2. Drink it on an empty stomach: so either first thing in the morning, or at least 3 hours after you ate 3. After you drank the ozonated water, wait at least 15 minutes. 4. Drink it within the first minutes after ozonating to get the most out of it. Don’t store the water. You can, but I don’t think it’s the optimal way to go about it. 5. Drink it cold, as cold as you can take it without getting a brain freeze. So either put a few ice cubes into the water or do a 50/50 mix out of refrigerated and ambient temperature water. 6. Drink mineral poor water: either distilled, bi-distilled, or reverse osmosis filtered water. 033 - Stratospheric Ozone In this video Paul Andersen explains how stratospheric ozone protects humans from ultraviolet light. He explains how stratospheric ozone is formed when diatomic oxygen absorbs an ultraviolet photon and is split into two free oxygen atoms. The free atoms bond with another oxygen molecule to form an ozone molecule creating a stable ozone layer. He then explains how chlorine atoms released from chlorofluorocarbon molecules act as an enzyme to breakdown up to 100,000 ozone molecules. The Montreal Protocol was a treaty signed by countries on the planet to reduce the amount of CFCs in the atmosphere to protect the ozone layer. Do you speak another language?
