In the front are spinach sprouts, garlic shooting up from the grow medium, scallion.((Note: What you see is not dirt or soil, it is a combination of clay pellets layered with coconut fiber. See the clear air line in the corner? That provides the medium with air to aerate the water providing carbon dioxide and oxygen to the roots))In the middle tray are basil, bell peppers, chili pepper, mint, mango sprout, cauliflowers and strawberries. In the last tray there are watercress, water spinach, kafir lime and lemon grass. You can't see it, but underneath on the second tier the tomatoes are growing to the length of two (2x4 feet) grow trays. The lettuces, fishes and (soon) shrimps are down there as well.
