World of Warcraft Classic is a hit among gamers since its release, bringing back the nostalgia from the original experience. While the title is loved by many, appears like the developers wish to improve it more with the addition of a retail feature: the Trading Post.
Blizzard recently sent a survey to pick Classic community members. Their goals were to gather players' sentiments on various topics. Among the questions asked, the developers expressed curiosity about the idea of transferring the store to the classic version.
While adding the Trading Post to WoW Classic may seem like an easy process, it isn't without challenges. Blizzard will need to set distinctive rewards and tasks for every version. Especially when, even just in Wrath from the Lich King, there aren't any transmogrification or pet battles. The original WoW had even fewer features, making implementing the Trading Post more difficult.
Said feature has performed well in Dragonflight. Thus, it will not be strange when the game creators may currently have some ideas on how to port it over to the classic world.
